He migrated from Turkestan (Andijon,&amp;#1575;&amp;#1606;&amp;#1583;&amp;#1580;&amp;#1575;&amp;#1606; &amp;#1575;&amp;#1586;&amp;#1576;&amp;#1603;&amp;#1587;&amp;#1578;&amp;#1575;&amp;#1606; ) after Communism Revolution in 1931 and went to Afghanistan and at last came into India. He was well known leader of Turk refugees in India .Association of Turks was formed in 1934 &quot;Association of Refugees of Bukhara and Turkestan,Delhi&quot;.

In 1942 ,Another Association formed and he was elected the Secretory of Associationin.He was Editor of &quot;Tarjuman &quot; ( &amp;#1578;&amp;#1585;&amp;#1580;&amp;#1605;&amp;#1575;&amp;#1606; &amp;#1583;&amp;#1607;&amp;#1604;&amp;#1610; ) Delhi which was representative Magazine of Turk refugees.

He joined Jamaat E Islami Movement which was under the great Theologian Syed Abul A&#039;la Maududi, A well known scholar of Islamic world.He translated many books in Turkistani Language. In 1947, He migrated to Pakistan and settled in Karachi ( Pakistan).There He published his magazine named &quot;Tarjuman e Afkar (&amp;#1578;&amp;#1585;&amp;#1580;&amp;#1605;&amp;#1575;&amp;#1606; &amp;#1575;&amp;#1601;&amp;#1705;&amp;#1575;&amp;#1585;)&quot; in Urdu and Turkish languages. He worked as General Secretory and President of Association there.
